• The 20% discount off the hotel's fully flexible rate will be available for stays between 21 and 27 February 2027, including up to two days pre- and post-event.
• Delegates will be able to book and pay for their own accommodation directly.
• The hotels will not be holding room allocations, as rates and availability are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• If either hotel is no longer able to offer the discounted rate due to demand or occupancy levels, the online booking link will automatically close and the next available public rate will apply.
