Operations Manager
The Indigenous Carbon Industry Network (ICIN) is seeking an Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the organisation and help deliver on ICIN’s strategic objectives. The role works closely with the CEO and Board and oversees organisational systems, reporting, budgeting, project management, and office operations.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised manager with strong leadership, financial and communication skills, and experience working in dynamic environments. Cultural competency and experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations are highly valued.
Key responsibilities

Oversee implementation of ICIN policies, procedures and systems

Manage project reporting, budgets and financial tracking

Support HR functions including recruitment, induction and performance reviews

Provide governance and secretariat support to the CEO and Board

Support delivery of national events and staff professional development

Manage ICIN administrative systems and office operations
Location: Darwin (flexible working arrangements available)
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + super | Leave: 6 weeks annual leave
