Anna is an environmental communications and policy specialist based in Darwin, Larrakia country, with 25 years’ experience in the Indigenous land management and community environment sector, including roles with NAILSMA, Environment Centre NT, Environment Victoria and Landcare NT. Through these roles, Anna has worked to support community organisations and Indigenous groups to advocate for better policies in the areas of Indigenous water policy, economic development, climate change and environmental management, and to promote their important work caring for country. 

Anna is passionate about supporting Indigenous-led economic development and greater recognition of the incredible expertise held by the Traditional Owners of Australia, including the hard work by Indigenous land managers to manage their country. This led Anna to her role as ICIN Chief Executive Officer, supporting knowledge sharing and networking across Indigenous organisations engaged in the carbon industry.

Anna holds a Masters of Tropical Environmental Management and a Bachelor of Arts (Eco-Communication). In 2009, as part of her Masters research Anna co-authored a report with Prof Pascal Tremblay assessing the potential impact of climate change upon tourism in Kakadu National Park.

Jarrad brings considerable experience to the Network with over 20 years’ experience working in a range of sectors across regional Australia including indigenous corporations, conservation NGO’s, Australian Government, the pastoral industry and environmental education. He is the manager of PEC Consultants - People. Environment. Carbon.

Clare Price is a communications professional with expertise in strategic communications, media relations, storytelling, stakeholder engagement and event management.

She specialises in translating complex policy, scientific, and environmental information into clear, engaging content that connects with diverse audiences.

Passionate about collaboration and highly skilled in cross-cultural communication, Clare has built a career working with Indigenous organisations, government, researchers, and community stakeholders to deliver successful events, launch major reports, lead communication campaigns, and build understanding around complex issues.

Clare holds a Master of Arts in Global Media and Post National Communication from SOAS University of London, graduating with distinction. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Arts.

Jady is an environmental policy, climate and resilience specialist with over 20 years’ experience working across the Asia–Pacific in environmental governance, REDD+, safeguards, and natural resource policy processes. He has worn many hats, starting with ecotourism at Australian resorts, then working internationally on Cambodia’s first biodiversity policy, agro-biodiversity in Laos, marine protection in Vietnam, sanitation in Indonesia, post-tsunami recovery in the Maldives, REDD+ in Thailand, and heritage management for PNG and the Solomon Islands. For two decades, he has supported work in Cambodia, building on traditional knowledge to mitigate floods and droughts and enhance community livelihoods at the Angkor World Heritage site. This diverse experience supports his interest in continuous learning, and he has recently been researching water management for wildfire mitigation, particularly irrigated green firebreaks in SE Queensland. He is looking forward to working with the Indigenous Carbon Industry Network to facilitate complex, contested policy environments and support the development of rights-based, evidence-informed policy and advocacy positions that care for country.

He is passionate about creating positive social and economic outcomes for Indigenous peoples and supporting the pursuit of self-determination for individuals and communities.
