About Yumbangku Aboriginal Cultural Heritage & Tourism Development Aboriginal Corporation (YACHATDAC)

The Yumbangku Aboriginal Cultural Heritage and Tourism Development Aboriginal Corporation (YACHATDAC) is a not-for-profit Aboriginal Corporation which was formed in 2016 by local traditional custodians of the Iningai Nation in Central Western Queensland.

Based in Barcaldine, YACHATDAC was established to address the need for the continued protection and preservation of our cultural heritage assets, caring for country and reawakening of culture. We also facilitate the sharing of cultural knowledge as a business and will continue to share our culture and values for the many generations to come.
